About The Product ….
Autec Sushi Robots are inspired by the long standing traditions of sushi making and the Japanese affinity for quality handled rice, coupled with the technological advancements and efficiencies of robotic technology. During this pilot to help promote Autec Sushi Robots and show off the seamless functional capabilities of their products, we demonstrated through a digital recipe series the assembly of various “omusandos”, which are essentially sushi sandwiches with various fillings that have been popularized across the emerging street food culture of Japan. The ethos of our collaborative programs with our Japanese partners is to help bridge cultures, both is various flavor pairings, but most importantly through the representative support for Japanese culture and tradition that chefs across the world and from various backgrounds can be apart of to help capture the innovations available to the Japanese gastronomic conversations.
